What is Partner Track starring Arden Cho about?

Get ready to watch Arden Cho star in a new Netflix original series titled Partner Track. On Aug. 26, the complete first season will drop on the streamer, and like any Arden Cho show or movie, you will not want to miss it!

Partner Track is based on the acclaimed book The Partner Track by Helen Wan. It’s a legal drama series created by Georgia Lee. Lee is best known for her independent film Red Doors and for directing episodes for the science fiction shows The Expanse and The 100. She and fellow executive producer Sarah Goldfinger are showrunners, with Kim Shumway, Tony Hernandez, and Kristen Campo also executive producing.

Besides Cho, you can expect to see Bradley Gibson, Alexandra Turshen, Dominic Sherwood, Rob Heaps, Nolan Gerard Funk, Matthew Rauch, Roby Attal, and many others in the series.

Partner Track synopsis

The story follows Ingrid Yun, a quick-witted, first-generation Korean American lawyer competing for partnership at an elite New York City law firm, which she quickly finds is no easy task. Ingrid feels pressure from her parents, seeing as though she’s the first lawyer in her family. Then, there’s her romantic life which quickly becomes shaken up when an old fling comes back into her life while she’s already in a relationship. Ingrid is juggling many things and is faced with many obstacles, but she will stop at nothing to achieve her goal of becoming junior partner at Parsons Valentine.
