It’s the final weekend of June and what better way to enjoy it than watching some Netflix shows. The streamer has several new features releasing to close out the month. Below we will recommend several new shows worthy of a binge this weekend.

If you look at the Netflix Top 10 TV Shows list, you will see numerous titles holding firm. Stranger Things, All American, God’s Favorite Idiot, Peaky Blinders, and more are included this week.

July 2022 has a great lineup of releases coming your way. Virgin River, The Gray Man, and the remainder of Stranger Things season 4 will release in July.

Best new Netflix shows June 25, 2022

The Umbrella Academy season 3

Fans of The Umbrella Academy have anxiously awaited the season 3 release of the series. This week, the season released 10 brand new episodes. Based on the comic book written by Gerard Way, this series follows a dysfunctional family of adopted superheroes.

Season 3 picks up where the story left off in season 2, where the past actions of the siblings have created a new timeline in which another Hargreeves superhero group, the Sparrows, have replaced them. This leads to a violent face-off between the Sparrows and Umbrellas.

The new cast for this season includes Justin H. Min, Justin Cornwell, Britne Oldford, Jake Epstein, Genesis Rodriguez, and Cazzie David.

You Don’t Know Me

The British crime drama You Don’t Know Me is now available to stream on Netflix. This series consists of four episodes and is based on the novel written by Imran Mahmood.

The series tells the story of a man on trial for murder where the evidence against him is staggering. He maintains his innocence, and instead of relying on a barrister to decide his fate, he tells the story of a woman he loves, the dangerous life she lived, and how he risked it all to save her.

The series stars Samuel Adewunmi, Sophie Wilde, Bukky Bakray, Roger Nsengiyumva,Tuwaine Barrett, Yetunde Oduwole and Nicholas Khan as Sam.

The Future Of…

Season 1 of the docuseries The Future Of…. was recently released on the streamer. This series is an exciting look into our future and how technology will alter it.

Narrated by Jurnee Smollett, the first six episodes are currently available, with the remaining six releasing on June 28. Each of the 20-minute episodes looks at the future of everything from dogs to dating to gaming to cheeseburgers. Featured are many predictions of how things in our everyday lives will be changed with upcoming technological advances.

Man Vs Bee

Man Vs. Bee is a comedy series starring the ever hilarious Rowan Atkinson, who co-created the series with William Davies. Also starring  Jing Lusi, Claudie Blakley, Tom Basden, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Greg McHugh, and India Fowler.

Atkinson portrays Trevor, a house sitter in an elegant mansion who meets his match as he battles an unwanted guest: a bee. The house is filled with priceless art and classic cars. Can Trevor avoid the destruction of the property as he proceeds to remove the unwanted pest?

Grey’s Anatomy season 18

The long-running medical drama Grey’s Anatomy will release season 18 on Netflix on June 25. Netflix currently has seasons 1-17 available for those who need a rewatch or people who have never watched this wildly popular series created by Shonda Rhimes.

The series is the longest-running medical drama that began in 2005. Season18 continues with drama at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital, which is later named Seattle Grace Mercy West and finally, Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. This season will also see a monumental 400th episode of this series.
