Selling the O.C. release date, cast, synopsis, trailer, and more

A new spinoff of Selling Sunset titled Selling the O.C. will be coming to Netflix soon, and we’ve created a guide of all the important information released about the new reality series thus far.

Selling the O.C. comes from the mastermind who started the Selling franchise, Adam DiVello. This will be the show’s second spinoff, with the first spinoff being Selling Tampa. Like its predecessors, the original series will follow a group of top real estate agents selling the most luxurious homes. But instead of working in Los Angeles or Tampa, these agents are based in sunny Orange County.

Of course, there will be more than just the selling of mind-blowing mansions in the reality show. If the teaser trailer is anything to go by, you can expect drama, tears, and vicious rumors being spread. These agents aren’t playing nice, but I guess it’s expected when they’re trying to establish themselves at The Oppenheim Group’s second office.

Selling the O.C. release date

As confirmed by Netflix, Selling the O.C. season 1 will release on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022. The show’s August release date is on par with what we had been anticipating as there had been whispers the series could arrive sometime between June and September.

In addition to confirming the premiere date for season 1, Netflix has also confirmed the show’s first season will consist of eight 30-minute episodes.
