Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area cast: Who’s in the Netflix show?

On June 24, a new heist crime drama series titled Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area will be released on Netflix and subscribers will finally get to see what the show is all about. All 12 episodes of the first season will be dropped at once, so there will be plenty to stream and enjoy!

Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area is a South Korean remake of the popular Spanish crime drama series of the same name. Kim Hong-sun helmed the series from scripts written by Ryu Yong-jae and several other writers.

The story follows a genius mastermind who musters together a group of experienced thieves to overtake the mint of a unified Korea. Like the original series, you can expect many action-packed scenes that will have you on the edge of your seat and yelling at your screen.

Yoo Ji-tae leads the cast as Professor. You might recognize him from his roles in Attack the Gas Station, Ditto, Different Dreams and When My Love Blooms. Jeon Jong-seo plays the role of Tokyo. She’s known for her roles in the thriller films Burning and Netflix’s The Call.
