What is Baby Fever on Netflix about?
Get ready because a new romantic comedy series titled Baby Fever is coming to Netflix on June 8 and this new release you’re not going to want to miss!
Baby Fever is a Danish-language original series created and directed by Amalie Næsby Fick and Nikolaj Feifer. Feifer, Fick, Karina Dam, Morten Jørgensen, Dorthe Riis Lauridsen, and Clara Mendes are credited as writers. Piv Bernth and Lars Hermann are signed on as executive producers.
Starring in the leading role is Josephine Park, a three-time Danish Film Awards winner. She plays the role of Nana, a fertility doctor who possibly makes the biggest mistake of her life after one too many drinks. The rest of the main cast includes Olivia Joof Lewerissa, Simon Sears, Charlotte Munck, Mikael Birkkjær, and Emil Prenter.

Baby Fever synopsis
It’s about a fertility doctor named Nana, who accidentally inseminates herself with her ex-boyfriend’s sperm while in a drunken state. Once Nana finds out that she’s pregnant, she has to figure out how she’s going to explain it to her family, friends, and clients while also trying to win back her ex-boyfriend.

"When Nana, in a drunken state, inseminates herself with a really special portion of sperm – namely her ex-boyfriend’s – she starts a chain reaction of catastrophes, both big and small. This rash move leads to a pregnancy and Nana now has to figure out how to explain her condition – which one can’t hide forever – and win back her ex-boyfriend and long-lost love. The problem is just that he doesn’t seem particularly interested in getting back with Nana.The secret pregnancy allows Nana to see her clients in a different light, but as her lies grow bigger, it gets harder and harder for her to navigate in them and for the first time in her life, Nana has to tell the truth – and maybe reveal a secret that could ultimately cost her everything."
Baby Fever is rated TV-MA, meaning it’s intended for mature audiences only. Kids ages 17 and under should not be watching this series. It was given this age rating due to some of the content shown in the show. There will be sexual content, kissing scenes, some nudity, and alcohol consumption. There will also be profanity used, so it’s important that you watch this show when no kids are around.
