This week sees one month end and another one begin. Which Netflix shows and movies are worth the watch throughout the week?

It’s the week of the month that can get rather overwhelming. After all, there does tend to be a lot of content added on the first of the month. June 1 is certainly following the trend with some excellent movies joining the streamer.

If you’re interested in horror, The Boy is going to be worth the watch. For those who need a doomed romance, Titanic is the movie that you’ll want to turn to. However, there’s a lot of great other content streaming this week that you won’t want to miss.

We’ve helped to cut out the overwhelming feeling of the list with these five Netflix shows and movies to check out this week. There is one from the May list to make sure you have something for the start of the week. The list is in release date order.

Parents will need something to keep their children entertained. The good news is there are plenty of TV shows and movies on Netflix. One of those is being added this week.

The Amazing Spider-Man

If you’re in the mood for a family-friendly action movie, it’s got to be all about The Amazing Spider-Man. The Andrew Garfield movie will certainly have a good bunch of new people interested in it since the Homecoming trilogy ended.

When it comes to reality shows, Netflix has some fun ones. A family-friendly option is definitely Floor Is Lava. You know the kids have been playing it at home since they started watching it. Who am I kidding; the kids played it long before the series.
