Criminal Minds seasons 1-12 leaving Netflix in June 2022

We’ve got some unfortunate news for fans of the long-running crime procedural Criminal Minds. The series is leaving Netflix in June 2022.

Following an elite squad of FBI profilers analyzing some of the country’s most twisted criminal minds, the long-running series lasted for 15 seasons on CBS before coming to an end in 2020. After more than 324 episodes, it seemed fair for the show to wrap, although a revival is reportedly already in the works.

Fans of the show became very attached to the main characters, helped along by the lovable cast consisting of stars like Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Shemar Moore, Paget Brewster, Aisha Taylor, Adam Rodriguez, Jennifer Love Hewitt and many more.

When is Criminal Minds leaving Netflix?

Criminal Minds will leave the streaming service on June 29, 2022. So you still have some time to watch the show and revisit your favorite episodes. If you’re currently in the middle of watching for the first time, you might want to prioritize the series so you can finish before it’s gone!

Is every season of Criminal Minds leaving Netflix?

Netflix only has seasons 1-12 of the show available even though there are 15 seasons in total. For whatever reason, Netflix has not been able to license the entire series, likely due to some sort of deal with CBS Studios. The show is also streaming on the CBS platform Paramount+, so Netflix has had to share it. We’ve seen other CBS shows slowly leave the service, too, such as Evil.

All 12 seasons currently streaming will be leaving Netflix on June 29.

Where to watch Criminal Minds

As mentioned, the show is streaming in its entirety on Paramount+ and the last three seasons are also available on Hulu for the time being, although I imagine Hulu will be losing the show sometime soon, too.
