The Umbrella Academy season 3 is on the way and we just got the first full-length trailer to remind us how much we love this show! The unconventional superhero series debuted on Netflix back in 2019 and was an instant hit with viewers. It’s based on the comic book series of the same name by My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way with illustrations by Gabriel Bá. This show is seriously so fun, compelling, and endearing. It’s got everything you’d want!

With a release date for season 3 in sight, we’re so excited to finally get a good glimpse at what’s to come. Remember, the final moments in season 2 showed that the Hargreeves siblings accidentally caused a major change in their reality, as they get back home and see the Sparrow Academy has taken over. According to the trailer, they accidentally create a paradox which allows these new characters to live in their reality. Things are about to get weird(er)!

The Umbrella Academy has featured so many awesome songs throughout the first two seasons that span decades, including “My Way” by Frank Sinatra, “I’m A Man” by The Spencer Davis Group, “Renegade” by Styx, “Dancing In The Moonlight” by Toploader, “Istanbul (Not Constantinople)” by They Might Be Giants, and so many more.
