Titus Welliver is back again in Bosch: Legacy, but can Netflix subscribers enjoy the exciting spin-off of the popular crime drama? Keep reading to find out!
As far as police procedural dramas go, the seven seasons of Bosch proved to offer home audiences a narrative that stood out amongst the oversaturated crime drama genre. The Emmy-nominated series based on the Michael Connelly novels followed LAPD Detective Harry Bosch, who investigated homicides while also being on trial for killing a serial killer.
Now Welliver is back as the titular character retired from the LAPD, working as a private investigator. He is forced to work with long-time rival and nemesis defense attorney Honey “Money” Chandler. In addition, his daughter Maddie is working as an officer in the LAPD in her father’s former home base in Hollywood.
Starring alongside Welliver is Mimi Rogers and Madison Lintz. Each iteration of the Bosch spin-off ranges from 39 to 80 minutes in length, and the show so far has received solid acclaim with some impressive scores on Rotten Tomatoes and a season 2 renewal.
