The Sound of Magic is a romantic fantasy series directed by Kim Seong-yoon from a screenplay written by Kim Min-jeong. It’s based on the Naver webtoon Annarasumanara by Ha Il-kwon. JTBC Studios and Zium Content produced the series.
The cast includes some known South Korean actors like Ji Chang-wook, Nam Da-reum, Choi Sung-eun, Hwang In-youp, and Yoo Jae-myung.

The Sound of Magic synopsis
The story follows Yoon Ah-yi, a teen girl who has always dreamed of one day being a magician, and Lee Eul, a magician who puts on magic shows for those who believe in magic. One day, Yoon Ah-yi meets Lee Eul at an abandoned amusement park, and once she reveals her dream to him, she finds the motivation to chase after her dream. The meeting changes both of their lives forever.

The Sound of Magic parents guide and age rating
The fantasy series is rated TV-14, meaning it may not be suitable for ages 14 and under. There is content in the show that some parents may consider inappropriate for younger kids, like some of the language used, sexual violence references, suicide, and smoking. Parents are strongly cautioned.
There are six episodes in the first season, with episode runtimes ranging from 62-77 minutes long. Don’t be alarmed by the long episode runtimes. The show is very entertaining that you’ll find yourself speeding through the episodes.
