Secrets of Summer is now streaming on Netflix, and it’s caught the eye of many kids all around the world.

The new Netflix original series is set in a remote Argentine resort where a group of teens participates in a wakeboarding competition. The competition captures the attention of wakeboard champion Steffi, and she travels to the resort to join in on the competition. But she’s not just there for fun. She also has a mystery to solve, and she’s determined to uncover a family secret.

Jorge Edelstein created the series. The cast lineup consists of Pilar Pascual, Giulia Guerrini, Guido Messina, Byron Barbieri, Luan Brum, Víctor Varona, Abril di Yorio, Thais Rippel, and more.

Secrets of Summer has a little bit of everything: action, romance, drama, and mystery. And there are also musical elements. I mean, what kid wouldn’t want to watch this show? But is the series kid-friendly? Here’s what we know.

The TV show is rated TV-Y, which means kids have their very own Outer Banks. Well, with music and dance added. So maybe Outer Banks and Glee combined. The age rating means that the show is appropriate for children of all ages. It’s specifically made for a younger audience.
