Marry Me has finally come out!

Jennifer Lopez has returned to acting in her new movie Marry Me. Her last movie role was the crime drama Hustlers in 2019. She’s slated to appear in two other films this year, such as the Netflix movie The Mother and the romantic comedy film Shotgun Wedding.

Right now, you can see her star in the romantic comedy film Marry Me with Owen Wilson starring opposite of her.

The film is about a pop star named Kat Valdez, who was about to get married to the love of her life on stage until she found out that he was having an affair. Heartbroken and determined to take chances, she decides to marry a complete stranger in the crowd.

Besides Lopez and Wilson, singer Maluma, John Bradley, Sarah Silverman, Michelle Buteau, Stephen Wallem, Jameela Jamil, and others star in the film.

Is Marry Me on Netflix?

Sadly, the romantic comedy is not available to stream on Netflix. It’ll most likely never come to Netflix since it’s already on another streaming service. So you’ll have to look elsewhere to see the Jennifer Lopez-led film.

The film was released in the United States theatrically and simultaneously on the streaming platform Peacock on Feb. 11. So, the only way you can watch this film is if you head to the movie theater or watch it on Peacock with a subscription. These are the only two options you have.

Why is Marry Me on Peacock instead of Netflix? Well, the romantic drama is being distributed by Universal Pictures. Universal films exclusively stream on Peacock.

Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson are an odd pairing, but I think it’ll be interesting to watch them fall in love on-screen. We also get to see Lopez sing, which is another plus.
