Remember the hit 2004 romantic comedy film 13 Going on 30? Well, an upcoming Netflix original series titled Back to 15 is coming to the streamer very soon, and it’ll easily remind you of the Jennifer Garner-led movie.

Back to 15 is a Brazillian coming-of-age television series created by Janaina Tokitaka. It was adapted from the novel of the same name by Bruna Vieira. The teen series was co-directed by Vivi Jundi and Dainara Toffoli.

Back to 15 synopsis

The story follows an unhappy 30-year-old woman named Anita who accidentally finds a way to transport back to the past. When Anita wakes up as a 15-year-old teenager, she makes it her mission to try to fix the lives of everyone around her.

Here’s the official synopsis via Netflix:

"At 15, the young played by Maisa, had a great expectation of adult life: leave the tiny town Imperatriz, travel to many places and get to know a lot of people. But at 30, her life is nothing like that. After unfortunate events, she takes refuge in the bedroom where she spent adolescence and, like magic, is propelled to the first day of high school: a 30-years-old head in the body of a 15-years-old teenager!"
