The Witcher season 2 episode lengths: How long is each episode?
The Witcher season 2 is now available to stream. How long will it take you to get through the season? Here are the episode lengths for all eight episodes.
There are eight episodes in The Witcher season 2, just like the first season. All episodes in the first season were roughly the same length. The majority of them came in at around an hour long, with just one episode (episode 7) coming in at 47 minutes long.
What about this second season? If you’re going to binge-watch, you need to know just how long it will take to get through the season. How many hours in the day do you need to give up?
The Witcher season 2 episode lengths
Like the first season, the majority of the episodes are around an hour long. The first episode is unsurprisingly the longest at 63 minutes.
From there, the lengths go down a little each episode at a time, but they’re still around the high 50s.
The last two episodes of The Witcher season 2 are the shortest. Episode 7 is 54 minutes long, while Episode 8 is just 52 minutes long. It’s surprising that the last episode of the season is the shortest. Usually, the first and last episodes are among the longest for streaming shows with everything that needs to fit in.
You won’t feel like the episodes are shorter, though. They are packed with action and storytelling. You’re drawn into everything, whether it’s Ciri’s powers, Yen’s betrayal, or Geralt’s need to protect his Child Surprise. Everything comes together in the last two episodes, and you’re left needing much more by the end.
The good news is The Witcher season 3 is already confirmed. We’re expecting eight episodes, with each of them coming in at around the same lengths as the first two seasons.
