Selling Tampa will be released on Netflix on Dec. 15, and fans of the Selling franchise are excited to see if this new spinoff will be just as entertaining and drama-filled as Selling Sunset.

After watching the official trailer for Selling Tampa, it looks like these successful realtors will not only be showing us the glamorous homes in Tampa but also how the realtor business is very competitive, and only the strong will make it to the top.

This upcoming Netflix original series is centered around the all-female, Black-owned Allure Realty in Tampa, Florida. It follows the lives of the group of real estate agents in this company. We get to see these ladies navigate and balance their personal lives and professional lives. With the realtor business being such a dog-eat-dog world, of course, drama will ensue. And we’ll be watching every second of this reality show.

Before the television series release, we should get to know the cast better. So we’re going to start with the woman running the company, Sharelle Rosado.

Selling Tampa cast

The cast includes some successful realtors and some up-and-coming realtors in the industry. RadioTimes provided us with background information on the cast members.

We share the cast members names and some background information about them down below:

  • Sharelle Rosado — She’s the owner of Allure Realty and is a military veteran. You might’ve seen her in the media several times because she’s engaged to former NFL wide receiver Chad Ochocinco Johnson.
  • Alexis Williams — She’s a full-time real estate agent who has a true passion for the realtor business.
  • Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere — She’s a former property accountant but is now a real estate agent at Allure Realty. Her marketing, branding, and accountant background has helped her tremendously in the real estate business.
  • Colony Reeves — Colony was born and raised in Tampa and is a huge advocate of wealth building and homeownership.
  • Juawana Colbert-Williams — Juawana was born in Los Angeles. Her passion for selling homes started when she used to go on trips with her grandfather to inspect apartment units. She’s also one of Allure Realty’s top agents, and it looks like we’ll learn why she is in the series.
  • Karla Giorgio — Karla was born in Venezuela and moved to Florida with her family for more opportunities. As a teenager, she would help out at her dad’s dealership by selling cars. This helped her realize that she had the ability to sell anything she wanted, which ultimately led to her position as a real estate agent.
  • Rena Frazier — Rena has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a law degree. In 2018, she acquired a real estate license and now works at Allure Realty as a Broker Associate.
  • Tennille Moore — She was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and has over 16 years of serving the state. Tennille has three kids and is family-oriented. She’s also an agent at Allure Realty.

We can’t wait to see what these ladies will be getting up to this season. If its source material is anything to go by, it’s going to be an exciting series!
