This comes as no surprise because the crime drama is just so intriguing. There’s so much depth to the characters. It’s a gritty crime story, and you can never get tired of these kinds of shows. I mean, did we really expect anything less than a great show coming from the Narcos franchise?

Currently, there are three seasons of Narcos: Mexico, and all three seasons are available to stream on Netflix. Each season has 10 episodes with episode runtimes ranging from 46-69 minutes.
Will there be a Narcos: Mexico season 4?
Sadly, we’ve come bearing bad news. There will not be a season 4 of Narcos: Mexico. When Netflix renewed the crime drama series for a third season, they hadn’t revealed if the third season would be the last. However, in September 2021, it was revealed that the third season would be the final chapter of Narcos: Mexico.
If we’re being honest, we’re not surprised at all. Narcos had three seasons, so it would make sense for its sister series to have the exact season count. Both Netflix original series share a similar plot, so if a complete story was able to be told in three seasons of Narcos, then all Narcos: Mexico needed was three seasons. So, don’t go expecting a fourth season in the future.
However, be on the lookout for an upcoming limited series brought to you by the same creative team as Narcos. The series is titled Griselda, and we’re pretty sure you’ll be just as hooked when it comes out.
