What is Arcane about?

Get ready to binge-watch this weekend because only less than 24 hours are standing in the way between yourselves and the series premiere of Arcane!

The League of Legends series, created by none other than Riot Games, is one of the most anticipated animated releases of the month, which means you absolutely have to know everything there is to know so that you’re all prepared for what’s to come! We tell you just that, below.

What is Arcane about?

Arcane is the origin story of two legendary League of Legends characters: Jinx and Vy.

In this action-packed series, the two are determined to bring down the injustices that currently face their underground poverty-stricken and despair-filled society, Zaun.

While Zaun is typically a society that many refuse to dwell in, the community is suddenly infiltrated by evil-doers, who bring forth a drug that can turn humans into monsters.

Jinx and Vy must stop the spread of this dangerous drug as well as the rising tensions between Zaun and the wealthy state of Piltover, or else they can kiss the people they once knew and the place they call home goodbye. More on the official synopsis below:

"Tensions between two cities boil over as new inventions threaten revolution. In Piltover, Hextech democratizes magic, in Zaun, a drug transforms humans into monsters as Arcane brings some of League of Legends’ famous champions to life."
