Night Teeth is about a chauffeur named Benny whose life is usually mundane, void of any excitement. However, one night on the job, he picks up two women who seem to have an appetite for a long night out of running into trouble mixed with the sucking of blood out of any human they so fancy. Now, Benny must ensure that these women get to their various destinations safely while also fighting to stay alive.
