Is You season 3 the final season?

Move over, Squid Game! Thanks to the release of You season 3 on Netflix on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, You is officially the most popular show on Netflix.

After finishing the season, fans are wondering if You season 3 is the final season of the Netflix original series.

Don’t worry too much, You fans! We have some good news to share.

Is You season 3 ending after season 3?

You season 3 is not going to be the last season of the series. Netflix normally waits a few months to announce renewals of its shows after new seasons are released, but that’s not happening with You.

Netflix has already renewed You for season 4! That news was announced just days before You season 3 was released on Netflix in October 2021.

This is obviously great news for fans as season 3 ends with more story to tell! There’s no way You could be canceled after all that happened in the third season, right? Well, Netflix thought so, too!

When will You season 4 be on Netflix?

As of October 2021, it’s too early to tell when You season 4 is coming out. There’s just too much volatility in the industry right now to know what’s going to happen and when production will begin.

The good news is that we don’t have to wait for Netflix to announce season 4 months down the road, which means that the creative team is probably already working on and possibly even finished setting the story for season 4.

If that’s the case, we could definitely see You season 4 release date on Netflix by the fall of 2022. That’s probably one of the reasons Netflix renewed the series for season 4 so quickly, to eliminate the long gaps between seasons that we’ve seen.

If all goes well, we could see You season 4 on Netflix in October, November or even December 2022.

If there are delays, we could be waiting even longer for You season 4, but we don’t want to think about that right now.
