It’s a new weekend, which means time to catch up on the great content that recently arrived on Netflix. Here are five top movies on Netflix to watch.

This week was on the quiet side when it came to movie releases on Netflix. It’s mostly about the TV shows, whether you want a comedy like On My Block or a strange reality dating show like Sexy Beasts.

There is something for everyone on Netflix. That even includes the movies on Netflix. It just took a bit of digging for this weekend.

We start with the documentary about one of the best Supreme Court Justices ever to live. Yes, it’s all about Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The movie looks into her legacy, her battle for gender equality. You’ve likely seen the fictionalized movie starring Felicity Jones, but you also need to watch the 2018 documentary for the full story.

The Holiday

Need a romance movie? Netflix has you covered with a few options. One that stands out is The Holiday.

Okay, so you may not be thinking about Christmas just yet, although Wal-Mart wants you to! This is just a feel-good movie with some great actors. Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz do a house swap for Christmas and end up falling for men in their new areas.

When it comes to horror movies on Netflix, there are a few to choose from. The most recent is There’s Someone Inside Your House, produced by Shawn Levy. Yes, Levy is everywhere!

A teenager moves to Hawaii to live with her grandmother. However, she soon find out that students at her school are being murdered, and it could have something to do with her past. Who is the serial killer and what does this serial killer actually want?

Zodiac

There are a few thrillers that will always stand out as must-watch movies. Zodiac is one of them. It’s a fictionalized telling of a cartoonist for a local paper trying to figure out the clues that the Zodiac Killer leaves.

Robert Graysmith becomes obsessed with figuring out the clues. Will he be able to figure out the final clues and get to the bottom of who the serial killer is?

LOL Surprise: The Movie

Need something for the kids? It’s time for the last of the movies on Netflix this weekend. It’s all about LOL Surprise: The Movie.

It’s a fairly short movie at just 45 minutes. That’s going to be long enough for the kids. It’s a great way for the kids to follow their favorite characters on the newest adventure. More importantly, you get some time to yourself!
