Manifest’s skyrocketing popularity took many by surprise. Since its cancellation and then resurrection on Netflix, the series has just continued to soar. It’s even become just the third show to spend 100 days or more on Netflix’s top 10 list!

The show, its storyline and of course the actors have gained our attention and we can’t get enough! Ever wonder about Manifest‘s leading man?

The actor who plays our handsome glasses-wearing, sweater vest-rocking father, husband and brother Ben Stone is none other than Josh Dallas. And trust me, he is just as charming as his character (and yes, that was a Once Upon a Time reference!).

Dallas was born on Dec. 18, 1978 in Louisville, Kentucky. That makes him 42 years old. Being a December baby also means he’s a fellow Sagittarius like his on-screen sister Melissa Roxburgh (and me!). The actor stands at 6’1, the same height as co-star J.R. Ramirez, and one inch taller than co-star Matt Long.

Before the show was saved by Netflix, Dallas was the main pilot spearheading the #SaveManifest campaign on his Twitter account. There he has 90.5K followers. You’ll mostly find Manifest news on his feed.

He recently hit a milestone on Instagram — one million followers! His posts there are a bit more personal. There’s lots of great behind the scenes photos and videos from Manifest filming. Lately, Dallas has also been sharing more photos of his lovely wife, actress Ginnifer Goodwin!

Speaking of Goodwin, for those who don’t know, the two met on Once Upon a Time. Dallas played Prince Charming for the show’s first six seasons and came back for the season 7 series finale. The same went for Goodwin, who played his on-screen wife, Snow White! Isn’t that the most adorable thing you’ve ever heard?

The couple got married April 12, 2014 and have two sons, Oliver and Hugo, though they’re very private about them. If you love Ben Stone, believe me when I say you will absolutely adore Prince Charming!

Dallas also played Fandral in Thor, but didn’t reprise his role in the sequel. He also appeared on television shows Money and Hawaii Five-O. Here’s a bonus fact: This guy can sing! He was part of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal National Theatre and English National Opera.
