We’ve already recommended one of the most successful primetime procedural dramas on television, that’s still churning highly-rated episodes nearly 20 seasons later. But one of its fellow hits also boasts a hearty episode count and a healthy dose of mystery in the midst of its procedural crime drama. You already know we’re talking about Criminal Minds.

Centered in the world of criminal profilers in the FBI, Criminal Minds follows the Behavioral Analysis Unit as they dig deeper into the minds of criminals to solve crimes. Over the course of the series, a revolving door of stars joined the cast in leading roles and brought a touch of personality and heart to the characters they portrayed against the darker subject matter.

Criminal Minds lasted for 15 seasons and 324 episodes and was one of the highest-rated shows on CBS in its heyday. Although two spin-off series couldn’t get off the ground in the same way CSI and NCIS was able to, a revival has been greenlit to stream on Paramount+, with most of the final season’s cast expected to reprise their roles. That’s reason enough to get hooked on the mysteries of Criminal Minds on Netflix right now.
