Lily Collins is a name you often hear in the media. She is known for her roles in The Blind Side, Mirror Mirror and more recently the Netflix original series Emily in Paris. She began her acting career at the tender age of two on the BBC series Growing Pains. Her breakout role was in The Blind Side, where she played Collins, the daughter of Sandra Bullock‘s Leigh Anne Tuohy. The film is the highest-grossing sports drama of all time.

She makes a striking image with her cheeky smile and iconic eyebrows, whether she is sporting a casual look for a daytime outing or a glamour look for a Cartier photo shoot. She is also the new face for Cartier’s Clash Unlimited line.

Step aside, boys, this girl is taken. She was engaged in September 2020, and over Labor Day weekend 2021, she wed her fiancé, director Charlie McDowell, in a fairy tale ceremony at Dunton Hot Springs in Colorado.

The bride made the announcement on her Instagram page, where she also posted a few beautiful photos of her gown and the two of them looking overjoyed.

Who is Lily Collins’ husband?

Charlie McDowell is the son of actress Mary Steenburgen and actor Malcolm McDowell. He is a director and writer whose films include Bye Bye Benjamin, The Discovery and his best-known film The One I Love.  He is currently working on Gilded Rage, a film based on the murder of investment banker Thomas Gilbert Sr., that stars Bill Skarsgård and Christoph Waltz, who will portray the character at different periods of his life. Collins will also star in this film.
