30 Rock is coming back to Netflix on Aug. 1, 2021

There ain’t no party like a Liz Lemon party, but a Liz Lemon party is not only mandatory, but it’s also coming back to Netflix! That’s right, the modern classic NBC comedy series 30 Rock makes its grand return to Netflix this summer.
Although the multi-Emmy Award winning comedy left Netflix a few years ago, 30 Rock stages a high-profile comeback on the streaming giant during a time when many acquired series are departing for their studio-specific streamers like Peacock and Paramount+.
On the heels of fellow NBC sitcom titan Seinfeld’s upcoming release on Netflix, 30 Rock will make for a pleasant and hilarious holdover for the fans eagerly anticipating the time-tested classic sitcom about nothing.
Even though you can still watch 30 Rock on platforms such as Hulu and Peacock, it doesn’t hurt to have ready access to such a beloved title on one more streaming service for that perfect before-bed binge or even a nostalgic look back at the Tina Fey comedy.
30 Rock Netflix release date
If you’re wondering when 30 Rock will officially return to Netflix, make sure to mark your calendars for Sunday, August 1. All seven seasons begin streaming at the top of the month and will no doubt be one of the best new release titles coming to Netflix in August.
While we’re still waiting on the full list of new releases for August, this advanced look at a huge new title coming next month gives us hope that Netflix could have a few more surprises up its sleeve. Perhaps Manifest season 3 will be coming to Netflix next month? We’ll have to wait and see.
More than anything, if you haven’t managed to watch 30 Rock in the past, here’s your chance to behold one of the most quotable (albeit sometimes controversial) comedies to have ever graced the airwaves. With guest stars like Jennifer Aniston, Matt Damon and Oprah Winfrey, it’s an excellent and always exciting watch.
Will you be adding 30 Rock to your watch list this August?
