Feel Good‘s second season was released on Netflix earlier last week, and fans of the show are already missing this series immensely.

In season 2, Mae battled addiction, relationships, gender curiosity, and career highs and lows with a strength that reminded us of why we fell in love with her in the first place. The show ended on a note that left its viewers satisfied, earning an audience score of 88% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Viewers love this heartfelt yet also heartbreaking story of a person trying to do their best with the tragic cards they’ve been dealt. And while they may have just gotten a new season this month, they’re already itching for another one.

Could Feel Good season 3 be in the works or is it time to put this show to bed? Here’s what has been publicly said about the show’s future.

Will there be a season 3 of Feel Good?

Unfortunately, it was announced in December that the second season of this Netflix original series would be its last. This came as a shock to fans of Feel Good because it means the show had such a short run, but the powers that be ultimately decided that Mae’s story should come to an end with this most recent season.

You’re probably wondering if there would ever be a chance that would change and a season 3 would come about. It wouldn’t be the first time that Netflix has green-lit some kind of wrap-up or continuation for a concluding show, but that seems to be when there’s enough of a fan demand for such things.

Perhaps a couple of petitions will do the trick, but until then, be sure to stream Feel Good season 2 on Netflix to see the bittersweet conclusion to Mae’s journey.
