Uncharted release date updates: Will there be a live-action movie? When is it coming out?

Then in August, Banderas tested positive for COVID-19 and left the production temporarily before returning several weeks later.

On October 16, 2020, Holland finished shooting his scenes for the film, and the entire production wrapped on October 29, 2020.

Uncharted release date

The release date for Uncharted has been through an intense adventure, similar to what Drake experiences in the games. At one point, the film was scheduled to come out on October 8, 2021, before the COVID-19 pandemic pushed it back to July 16, 2021, and then again to February 11, 2021.

The movie is now scheduled to release on February 18, 2022 in IMAX 3D, RealD 3D, and Dolby Cinema.

When will Uncharted be on Netflix?

In April 2021, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Sony, the studio behind the film Uncharted, had made a deal with the streaming powerhouse Netflix. This means that starting in 2022, movies produced by the studio, like Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2, Morbius, and even Uncharted, will head to the streaming giant after the home entertainment window closes, which is usually around 18 months after a film’s theatrical run.
