All eyes are on the future of Bridgerton. Bridgerton season 2 finally arrived on March 25, but what about Bridgerton season 3? Here’s what we know so far.

The good news is we know Bridgerton season 3 is definitely happening. Netflix made the decision to confirm two more seasons of the period romance series, shortly after renewing the series for a second season.

We don’t have all the details about when it will be out or what the season will entail. However, it is possible to make an educated guess, and we’ll be sure to update this post as we get more information.

How many seasons of Bridgerton are there?

We start with the confirmation that there will be at least four seasons of the series. When Bridgerton season 3 was confirmed, so was the fourth season.

There are eight main books in Julia Quinn’s series with novellas and other side stories to follow. With each season mostly following the corresponding book, it does mean that there is the potential for eight seasons of the series.

Netflix hasn’t offered us eight seasons of a series yet. It has got close with Orange Is the New Black. However, never say “never.” If the support is there, Netflix will likely renew the show.

Is season 3 of Bridgerton going to happen?

Yes, Bridgerton season 3 is most definitely happening. We also know Bridgerton season 4 is happening.

How many episodes are in Bridgerton season 3?

There isn’t an official confirmation on episode count just yet. The first season consisted of eight episodes, and we can likely assume that other seasons will consist of the same amount of episodes.

Eight to 10 episodes has become the norm for Netflix for the most part. There’s no reason to change that unless a storyline calls for it.
