Is Warrior on Netflix? Where to watch Warrior
By D.J. Rivera
Warrior is the hit series based on the writings of Bruce Lee that has been criminally underrated up until this point. With the announcement that the show has been renewed for a third season, many are wondering if the well-crafted martial arts action drama is available on the streaming service Netflix.
The TV show set in late 1870s San Fransisco, stars Andrew Koji as the main protagonist Ah Sahm, a martial arts prodigy who comes to America in search of his sister who sacrificed everything to save him and when he arrives, he ability fight or scrap as they call it gets him recruited or sold into one of the most powerful Tongs in Chinatown. Warrior, which premiered on April 5, 2019, is based on an original concept and treatment from the legend himself, Bruce Lee.
The series is executive produced by F9 director Justin Lin and Bruce Lee’s daughter Sharon Lee. Also starring in Warrior is Marco Polo and Deadly Class actress Olivia Cheng, who is drop-dead fantastic in the show, and also in the mix is F9’s, Jason Tobin.
The production design and costume work for the period piece is nothing short of magnificent, and the action sequences are beyond movie quality, making the martial arts saga a priority for fans of the genre. It makes perfect sense why so many subscribers would be curious to know if Warrior is available on Netflix.
