What is Sky High starring Miguel Herrán about?

The Netflix original film, Sky High, is among the many action-packed titles that Netflix is releasing in April 2021.
According to Variety, the Netflix movie is an adaptation of the 2018 French series, Balthazar, which is about a forensic pathologist who works to solve the most complicated crimes in history. The film will continue from where the original series left off and is set in Madrid.
It is important to note that Sky High was already released in Spain late last year and the reception for the film was pretty neutral, IMDb giving the movie a 5.9 out of 10.
What is Sky High about?
Not to be confused with the 2005 superhero film with the same name, Sky High is a thrilling, crime film about a boy named, Angel, who finds himself participating in the world of heists.
Destined to become great, Angel continues to push the envelopes of his dangerous endeavor as he pursues the high of robbing banks, but what comes up must come down. Unbeknownst to him, everything is not what it seems.
Here is the official Netflix synopsis:
"After falling for Estrella, Ángel, a mechanic from the Madrid suburbs, dives into a world of heists and becomes the target of a relentless detective."
The film stars a familiar face, Miguel Herran, who you may know from the Netflix originals, Elite, where he plays Christian Varela, and the original series also about robberies, Money Heist, where he plays Rio.
