Netflix just announced the Lucifer season 5 part 2 release date on Monday, March 29. Lucifer is one of our favorite shows, so Cody Schultz and I had to do an emergency episode of Netflix Life: A Streaming TV Podcast to share the release date with listeners and break down what it means for season 6 and more!

Lucifer season 5 part 2 is coming to Netflix on May 28, 2021.

That wasn’t the only big Lucifer news of the day, either. Today, it appears, was the final day on set for many of the main cast members. That means Lucifer season 6 has wrapped production, which means the series has wrapped production with season 6 being the final season and all.

Coincidentally, we also had a new episode of the Netflix Life Podcast go live this morning for Spring Break Week at Netflix. We had ranked the top five fictional towns and cities we’d like to visit for Spring Break and the towns and cities we definitely don’t want to visit ever, including Riverdale and Hawkins.

Did we plan on releasing two episodes of Netflix Life: A Streaming TV Podcast today? No, but that’s what happened!
