Is there a Big Time Rush season 5?

Anyone looking for an easy television binge fit for the whole family might want to check out Big Time Rush. The series debuted on Nickelodeon back in 2009, and fortunately for us TV lovers, it’s just made its way onto Netflix. The quirky comedy has officially been streaming on the platform since March 26, 2021, and there’s no time like the present to revisit it!

If you missed it while it was airing on TV, Big Time Rush follows the lives of four best friends as they try to make it as a boy band in Hollywood. It stars Carlos PenaVega, Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, and Logan Henderson as the central characters, who are equal parts lovable and hilarious. Not to mention, their music is still so catchy today! It’s meant for an audience of children and teens, but Big Time Rush sticks out as being one of the most enjoyable kids’ shows that adults can also find joy in.

According to IMDb, Big Time Rush is rated TV-PG, so you can rest easy if you discover your young kids checking it out on Netflix.

How many seasons of Big Time Rush are there?

Fortunately for fans of Big Time Rush, Netflix now has all of the seasons, as well as the film titled Big Time Movie. So how many seasons are there? The premiere season debuted in 2009, and the fourth and final season aired in 2013. Sadly, Big Time Rush season 5 doesn’t exist. The streaming service has all the released content there is from the show.

Is Big Time Rush season 5 happening?

The real-life boy band split in 2014 soon after the show finished up. As for the possibility of the guys reuniting for another season (or album!), never say never. PenaVega, Schmidt, Maslow, and Henderson are still friends to this day, and even posted an adorable video together in celebration of Big Time Rush hitting Netflix.
