How many seasons of The Seven Deadly Sins are on Netflix?

Who knew that indulging in the seven deadly sins would be so much fun? No, we’re not talking about greed, wrath, and sloth, we’re talking about Ban, Meliodas, and King from the anime The Seven Deadly Sins!

Ever since the series made its way over to the robust world of shounen anime, it’s been adored by many, and now that it’s on Netflix, everyone can get in on this popular anime.

How many seasons of The Seven Deadly Sins are on Netflix?

Currently, Netflix has four seasons are available to watch as well as the movie The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky, which means you can be all caught up on the show before the streaming platform releases the upcoming fifth season.

Yep, that’s right! The series was renewed for another season earlier this year and fans of Ban will be able to see the white-haired stud once more.

However, as of right now, there is no news about when the fifth season of the show will be released on the streaming platform. Based on its past releases, we can predict that the show will be available on Netflix, some time later this year.

According to What’s On Netflix, along with being season 5 of the anime, the upcoming season was announced to be the final one and will be titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon’s Judgement. 

What is The Seven Deadly Sins about?

Here’s a brief synopsis of the series from Manga Tokyo (don’t worry, we’ve kept it spoiler-free for newcomers):

"Elizabeth Liones’ search for the Seven Deadly Sins started ten years after their rumored coup d’état. […] Lucikly, Elizabeth has found Meliodas, the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins.Together, Elizabeth and Meliodas will go on an epic journey to find the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins and hopefully save the Liones kingdom from the hands of the war-thirsty villains behind the uprising of the Holy Knights."
