The Irregulars’ Royce Pierreson age, Instagram, roles: Everything to know about the John Watson actor
By Diana Nosa
Simon Basset step aside, there’s a new heartthrob in town! British actor Royce Pierreson is making his way to Netflix as John Watson aka Dr. Watson in the new original series The Irregulars.
Though he won’t be dancing with any diamonds of the first water (to our knowledge, at least…there’s still time), Pierreson will certainly make waves as he continues to make a name for himself in the world of Hollywood.
Royce Pierreson age
Royce Pierreson (nickname Rayco) was born in Cornwall, England and has been acting ever since the star was a young boy attending the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, a school with famous alumni including renowned Welsh actor Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Thor). He was born on April 1, 1989, making him currently 31 years old.

Royce Pierreson roles
Destined for greatness, Pierreson landed his first noteworthy role as Alex in English television drama series, London’s Burning. The star has come immensely far since then, starring in mostly British television series including Murdered by My Boyfriend, Line of Duty, and Wanderlust.
The talented thespian then went on to act alongside Man of Steel and Enola Holmes actor Henry Cavill in the medieval monster hunter fantasy-series The Witcher. In the series, Pierreson played recurring character Istredd, a passionate sorcerer who fights against Cavill’s character Geralt for his lover’s attention.
Fighting with Superman certainly didn’t slow down the 31-year-old actor. Pierreson is still on his way to becoming a star, landing the role of John Watson in the Netflix original The Irregulars. Watson seems to be a person who is up to no good as he tests the limits of science and society in this new supernatural mystery series.
We can’t wait until we see Royce Pierreson on our screens as The Irregulars debuts March 26 on Netflix. Until then, we’re rather content with following the actor’s Instagram and watching him appear in the series’ official trailer below.
