Donald Glover movies and shows

Donald Glover is best known for his work on the critically-acclaimed and wildly popular FX series Atlanta, although before that, his biggest claim to fame was his starring role in the equally popular Community. He also has a thriving music career and multiple significant projects lined up. But Netflix isn’t in the cards for the actor/singer, at least not for the time being.

Glover recently signed a big overall deal with Amazon Studios, which seems to indicate that he has pledged his loyalty to one company over another! I don’t think we’ll be seeing anything from Glover on Netflix in the near future. Along with preparing for Atlanta Season 3, Glover was also recently cast in buzzy Mr. & Mrs. Smith remake which he’ll star in alongside Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the film is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video in 2022.

Apart from that, Glover also recently lent his voice to Disney’s live-action Lion King adaption and appeared in Men in Black: International alongside Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth. But if you do have Netflix and want to see some of Glover’s projects, his stand-up comedy special Weirdo is streaming on there along with all six seasons of Community.
