Breaking out as an up-and-coming comedian with his debut on Saturday Night Live back in 2014, Pete Davidson has since become a household name. Between his highly-publicized relationships, hilarious stand-up performances, and his more recent venture into acting, the divisive 27-year-old is certainly a star to stay. Apart from SNL, Davidson is known from his comedic stints on Guy CodeWild ‘N Out, and the Comedy Central Roast.

Additionally, as I mentioned, Pete Davidson is also a certified movie star at this point. He snagged a minor role in Amy Schumer and Judd Apatow’s 2015 film Trainwreck, and has since appeared in a handful of movies–some better than others. If you’re curious to know which of these titles are available on Netflix, you’ve come to the right place.

Is The King of Staten Island on Netflix?

Pete Davidson’s most recent movie is The King of Staten Island (2020). This one is particularly special for the comedian, as it’s loosely based on his real life. He wrote the script alongside Judd Apatow and Dave Sirus, as well as starred in it. Unfortunately, this flick isn’t streaming on Netflix. You can currently watch it on HBO Max, or on Hulu and Amazon Prime Video with the HBO add-on.

Is Big Time Adolescence on Netflix?

Another major movie for Davidson is Big Time Adolescence (2019). While it’s not semi-autobiographical like The King of Staten Island, this was one of the first movies which really showcased the comedian’s serious side. Sadly, this one isn’t available on Netflix, either. You can stream it on Hulu.

Pete Davidson movies on Netflix

So, which movies of his are streaming on Netflix, you ask? Fortunately, two good ones. Set It Up (2018), starring Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell as the two leads, is a Netflix original movie. While Davidson plays the minor role of Duncan, his appearance in the film is particularly funny and memorable. Next up is The Dirt (2019), which is also a Netflix original. This movie tells the story of the classic rock band Motley Crue, based on the autobiography The Dirt. Davidson’s real-life best friend Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker) plays Tommy Lee. The comedian doesn’t have a big role in this one either, but he does get to rock a hilarious wig.

And on top of these two movies featuring Davidson, he also has his own stand-up special on Netflix, titled Pete Davidson: Alive From New York. It was released in 2020.

Although two of Davidson’s more critically acclaimed films aren’t streaming on Netflix, you can definitely enjoy his presence on the streaming service. Next up? He’s playing the character Blackguard in The Suicide Squad, set to be released in August 2021.
