Wrong! There are so many more Netflix movies coming this year. Literally, every week, there’s another huge Netflix movie on the way, including Passing starring Tessa Thompson, The Power of the Dog, Don’t Look Up, and so many more.

These aren’t just any movies, either. These are Oscar contenders and some of the biggest Netflix movies of the year.

Army of the Dead premiered on Netflix in May 2021, and it was a massive hit for the streaming service. The zombie-heist movie thrilled audiences around the globe and paved the way for the Army of the Dead franchise on Netflix.

In the movie, a group of those looking to make some cash is hired by a businessman to go into Las Vegas, which is overrun by zombies, and break into safe with a lot of money. Things do not go according to the plan.

Army of Thieves, which is the prequel to Army of the Dead, is now streaming on Netflix. It’s a different spin on the heist genre and lets audiences get a better understanding of Matthias Schweighöfer’s character, Ludwig Dieter.

Army of the Dead 2, also known as Planet of the Dead, is already in development on Netflix. It’s going to be so awesome!
