What is Kathryn Newton of The Society doing now?

The Society, the mystery teen series by Christopher Keyser, which follows a group of teenagers as they struggle to rebuild a society after their town is hit with mass disappearances, first released on Netflix in May of 2019 and made its way to the land of canceled Netflix shows after just one season.

But the series’ star, Kathryn Newton, despite her TV role being cut short, quickly made a name for herself when she was cast as the lead for Christopher Landon’s film Freaky, where a high school girl (Newton) finds she’s swapped bodies with a serial killer (Vince Vaughn).

Currently, the actor has one future project in the works, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. With the film in pre-production stages, the plot is being kept secret for now.

But the film, directed by Peyton Reed and written by Jack Kirby and Jeff Loveness, will star the infamous Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and Michelle Pfeiffer.
