The To All the Boys movies have been a huge success for Netflix. Will To All the Boys 4 happen to continue the story? What are the chances of it happening?

There is no doubt that as fans we want more. The To All the Boys movies are so well created, and it’s all thanks to the brilliant source material.

Jenny Han has done away with cultural stereotypes and created real characters that we can know and love. And she’s given us relationships that we can root for, as well as those that some of us sort of wish happened instead. Yeah, I’m a John Ambrose fan.

The three movies are all based on the three books in the trilogy. One movie covers each book, so it should suggest that To All the Boys 4 isn’t going to happen. But this is the world of TV and movies. Never say “never.”

Could To All the Boys 4 happen at Netflix?

A fourth movie is highly unlikely to happen on its own. The success comes from those who adored the books.

However, back in February 2020, Han teased that there may be a fourth book in the series. After all, LJ’s story isn’t quite over. She and Peter are still together for now, but will they stay together through the long distance? That remains to be seen.

Noah Centineo and Lana Candor have both said they’re happy to do a fourth movie if there’s more source material. Ross Butler also confirmed he’d be up for more in the story.

So, now we’re just waiting for Han to confirm if there’s a fourth book or not. If there is, you can bet your bottom dollar that Netflix will pick up To All the Boys 4.
