What is Red Dot on Netflix about?

There are so many great foreign-language movies on Netflix and we’re here to discuss one, in particular, that was recently added to the platform. Red Dot is a Swedish thriller film that premiered on Netflix just a few days ago.

The film is currently #10 on the streaming platform’s Top 10 Most-Watched List.

Red Dot, which was distributed by Netflix, was released this month on February 11. The film has an 85 minute run time.

Red Dot stars Johannes Kuhnke as Einar and Nanna Blondell as Nadja. The film also features the talents of Anastasios Soulis, Kalled Mustonen, Thomas Hanzon, Anna Azcárate, Tomas Bergström, Melvin Solin, Johan Hedman, Peter Borossy, Veronica Mukka, Per Mårthans, and Melvin Solin.

The title of the film seems to be a reference to the couple’s first inkling that something is wrong on the mountain top. However, an odd encounter with a mysterious stranger is about to change their lives forever. In the middle of a peaceful night together, their tranquility is shattered when the red beam of a sniper rifle begins tracking them. What started off as a getaway to celebrate a pregnancy soon turns into a grisly fight for survival.
