The CW renews In The Dark for season 4

The CW has officially renewed In the Dark for season 4, according to a report from Decider.

In The Dark was renewed along with 11 other CW shows, including some of your favorites like Riverdale, The Flash, Dynasty, Legends of Tomorrow, Nancy Drew, and more.

The network decided to renew the series as the COVID-19 outbreak has complicated filming and made it difficult to greenlight new series. According to the Decider report, The CW decided to continue with the shows that are working and keep the fans happy, as well.

We’re still waiting to find out when In The Dark season 4 will air on The CW because of the scheduling difficulties created by the pandemic. We’re expecting The CW will more than likely stagger the premieres of every show to give content throughout the entire year.

In The Dark renewed for season 4 on The CW

In The Dark season 3 has not premiered yet. We’re expecting In The Dark season 3 will premiere sometime in 2021 with In The Dark season 4 coming sometime in 2022.

One thing that is still unclear is how many episodes there will be in In The Dark season 3 and season 4 will have. The first two seasons had 13 episodes, so one can assume they will have about that many.

For those who don’t know, the show follows Murphy, a blind woman who leads a very interesting life.

In the Dark season 1 and 2 were about Murphy was trying to solve the murder of her friend, Tyson, and in doing so landed her at the mercy of a gang. She runs a dog training company, Guiding Hope, that sometimes was a front for running drugs through it in Chicago.

Although no release date for In The Dark season 3 has been announced, one can assume it will be sometime around May and will come to Netflix around August of 2021, according to Newsweek.

New seasons of In The Dark are added to Netflix eight days after the season finale airs on The CW.
