While scouring the web for Stranger Things season 4 news, I came across an interesting development. It appears that fans are wondering if Tom Holland is going to be in Stranger Things season 4.

I have no idea why people are wondering if Spider-Man star Tom Holland is going to be in the new season of Stranger Things, but I think I figured out what happened.

It looks like this all started with Noah Schnapp “estimating” when he would take over for Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man during an interview with BUILD Series. Check out this piece from ComicBook.com.

Then, it looks like fans misunderstood. It had nothing to do with Tom Holland joining Stranger Things season 4. It was all about

Is Noah Schnapp getting replaced by Tom Holland?

Absolutely not! There’s no world in which Holland would be able to replace Noah Schnapp in Stranger Things season 4.

First of all, Holland is like way older than Schnapp. Holland is 24 years old right now, while Schnapp is only 16 years old. He’s one of the younger members of the Stranger Things cast.

On top of the age difference, there’s absolutely no reason Netflix or anyone would replace Schnapp with Holland. It just wouldn’t make any sense at all. That should be obvious.

And, even if they would want to make the change (which they wouldn’t, but follow me for a second), Holland wouldn’t have time to be in Stranger Things season 4 because he’s way too busy filming Spider-Man 3 and other movies right now.

So, in summary, no, you won’t see Holland in Stranger Things season 4, but you could see Schnapp in Spider-Man at some point. Anything is possible!

Also, Holland with a shaved head sort of looks like Eleven. LOL.

While Holland won’t be in season 4, it looks like an old character will be returning in the new season.

It also looks like we’ll be seeing Stranger Things season 4 sometime in 2021, and that’s really good news for fans. It was starting to look a little dicey with production continuing into the new year. TV Line just confirmed that, as of right now, Stranger Things season 4 is on schedule for a 2021 release date.
