Is GLOW season 4 coming in 2021?
Created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, the first season of GLOW premiered on Netflix in 2017. Based on the antics of the real-life women’s professional wrestling group Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (or GLOW), the series stars Alison Brie as Ruth Wilder.
The show is set in Los Angeles in 1985, where Ruth is a struggling actress looking for work. To try and make some money, she auditions for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW). Although she clashes with the director Sam Sylvia (Marc Maron), she is surprised to find that her old friend Debbie Eagan (Betty Gilpin) will be starring in the show. Debbie and Ruth had a dramatic fallout years prior and have not forgiven each other. However, the success of the show depends on their cooperation.
GLOW features the main cast, as well as many recurring characters. The series also stars Sydelle Noel, Britney Young, Britt Baron, Kate Nash, Gayle Rankin, Kia Stevens, Jackie Tohn, and Chris Lowell.

Is GLOW returning in 2021?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but GLOW will not be returning for another season at all on Netflix. As we’ve previously reported, soon after season 3 premiered in 2019, Netflix renewed GLOW for a fourth and final season. However, COVID-related production issues led to Netflix canceling the series. High production costs, the issues with filming close contact wrestling scenes, and uncertainty of when filming could resume all contributed to the show’s downfall.
