Netflix Life Podcast: Golden Globes and what to watch this week

In the latest episode of Netflix Life: A Streaming TV Podcast, Cody and I shared our what to watch picks of the week. We each recommended five shows and movies to watch.

Most of the movies and shows are available to stream on Netflix, although we suggested a few others for those who like use other streaming services, like Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and more.

With the Golden Globes nominations announced on Wednesday, Feb. 3, Cody and I also shared a few predictions for the awards show, which is hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. This year’s Golden Globes air on NBC on Sunday, Feb. 28.

We also discussed why Netflix has a better shot this year to win at the Golden Globes, especially on the movie side, because so many big movies were pushed back during the COVID-19 pandemic.
