2. Where will Lara Jean go to college in To All The Boys 3?

Where to go to college is a big decision for a lot of kids. It’s also a big decision in two of Netflix’s most popular movie franchises to date, The Kissing Booth and To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before.

It looks like Peter gets in to Stanford, and Lara Jean also applied to what many consider to be the best school in the West Coast and one of the top colleges in the United States. In a twist that no one and everyone expected, Lara Jean doesn’t get in to Stanford. We’re assuming that’s the college she says that she didn’t get into in the trailer.

We also see Lara Jean having fun in New York City and claiming that she could see herself living in the city.

Later, we see Peter asking Lara Jean what “3,000 miles” would do to them.

So, to sum it all up, Lara Jean and Peter appear to be struggling with how to stay together if they go to colleges with distance between them. Will she make it into Stanford eventually? Or, will she choose to go to another school? We’ll have to find out!

For book readers, this whole Stanford vs. New York dilemma is a little interesting. I seem to recall Lara Jean and Peter were looking at different colleges in the books, but I like this new twist on the story.

We’ll have to wait and see how it all plays out on Valentine’s Day weekend.
