The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are known for the excess of drama, backstabbing between contestants, and over-the-top romantic dates that the rest of us only dream about.

I used to watch both shows with my mom as a kid and even though I’m not a member of Bachelor Nation anymore, I still keep myself updated on the drama that inevitably ensues every season. Even though it’s technically a reality show, The Bachelorette is the furthest thing from realistic. However, this escapist quality is one of the reasons I think the show is still so popular.

As of right now, the only season of The Bachelorette available on Netflix is season 6, which originally aired in 2010 and features Ali Fedotowsky in the central role. After a tumultuous season, Ali ultimately said yes to Roberto Martinez’s proposal in the season 6 finale. However, they called it quits less than a year later.

After a brief investigation, I was unable to find any news about more seasons of The Bachelorette coming to Netflix anytime soon.

However, if you want to watch a reality dating competition series, then you’re in luck. There are plenty of similar shows to watch on Netflix! I would recommend checking out Are You the One?, Indian Matchmaking, Love on the Spectrum, Love Is Blind, Too Hot to Handle, Dating Around, and Married at First Sight.

If you have an HBO Max subscription, a select few seasons of both The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are available to stream there.
