Is Master of None season 3 happening?

Master of None season 3 is in the works at Netflix, according to a report from Chortle. Aziz Ansari is set to reprise his role of Dev Shah in the new season of the series.

It’s been a long time since we last saw Ansari in Master of None season 2. The series premiered on Netflix in 2015, and season 2 was released in 2017.

Netflix has not confirmed the news, and until then, we’ll have to wait and see if it’s official. We should find out soon if it’s true or not.

According to Chortle, Master of None season 3 will be filmed in London. The End of the F**ing World star Naomi Ackie is set to join the cast opposite Ansari in the new season. The report also mentions Lena Waithe, who starred in the first two seasons, will also be back for season 3.

The report states that production started last spring before the pandemic happened, and that production was delayed. We don’t know if production has started up again or it’s still delayed.

It’s kind of surprising it’s taken this long for Master of None season 3. The series was very popular on Netflix way back when, and we thought for sure that season 3 would be on the way soon. It never happened, but it sure sounds like it’s a go now.

Ansari was accused of sexual misconduct in 2018 after the release of the second season.

It will be interesting to see if Master of None season 3 is happening and when it will be released. As far as I know, there were no rumors about the new season. In this age, it’s hard to keep things under wraps for long. Honestly, I’m surprised it took this long for the news to break.

Master of None season 3 could be released on in late 2021. We’ll let you know when the new season is announced and headed to Netflix.
