What time is Superbad on Netflix?
Superbad is a coming of age comedy that has garnered a cult following that spans generations, and it is coming to Netflix tonight (Jan. 1, 2021). This witty teen film is full of vulgarity and hilarity and stars Jonah Hill and Michael Cera.
The movie is one of the best movies coming to Netflix in January 2021. When can you watch Superbad on Netflix?
Superbad will be available at 12:01 a.m. PT on Friday, Jan. 1. This will be a very early 3 a.m. ET release for those on the East Coast.
The movie is brought to you by Judd Apatow, who produced 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up. Hill and Cera play Seth and Evan, respectively, as two guys who have been friends forever that will soon be heading off to different colleges. They decide to have one epic night out while trying to lose their virginities before college, and, of course, they run into many obstacles and situations that will leave you rolling.
Seth Rogen and Bill Hader star as the dynamic cop duo, Slater and Michaels, who aren’t very good at their jobs. They do, however, add layer of comedy to the film. They offer to drive Fogell aka McLovin’ (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) to a party. They end showing McLovin’ a whole new side of the police force.
The movie also stars Martha McIsaac, Emma Stone, Dave Franco, Joe Lo Truglio, Clark Duke and David Krumholtz with an uncredited appearance by Danny McBride.
This is one of those movies that takes the teen experience to new heights in terms of antics and situations that, in reality, someone would get into major trouble for being involved in.
Rotten Tomatoes gives the film an 88% overall, and many of the critics have stated the Hill and Cera have amazing comedic chemistry.
Superbad is a fun movie that you definitely need to check out if you haven’t already and always makes for a great re-watch.
