9. Take Your Daughter to Work Day (season 2 episode 18)

Okay, this one might just be a personal favorite, but whatever. The moment where Stanley threatens Ryan to stay away from his daughter is one of the funniest moments of all time. This is also one of the few episodes where we see the characters’ lives outside of the office. They have kids, who knew?

The kids also add a new dynamic to the office that throws the normal shenanigans into absolute chaos. Pam tries to befriend Kevin’s fiance’s daughter but the girl ends up simply having a crush on Jim, Stanley’s daughter has a crush on Ryan and asks for his number which causes Kelly to alert Stanley, and Toby’s daughter sits in Michael’s office and plays with the toys on his desk.

Dwight, after being bothered by Meredith’s son all day, insults him, making Angela very happy. They have such a weird relationship. Additionally, after realizing that his dream of having 100 kids didn’t come true, Michael (unfortunately) joins a dating app as “Little Kid Lover.”

It is a mess of an episode but it totally works because each of us can relate to one of the characters. You’re either Angela who hates kids, Pam who wants to please them to no end, or Michael who wishes he had some (but also is awkward, inappropriate, and weird).
