6. The Negotiation (season 3 episode 19)

This episode is so memorable because it includes a moment that seemed pretty inevitable. There was no way Roy wasn’t going to find out about Jim and Pam’s kiss and his reaction to it was bound to be angry.

Although Pam and Roy are no longer together, Roy finds out that Jim kissed Pam and tries to attack Jim. Luckily, Dwight is ready for any and all situations and pepper sprays Roy (as well as himself and everyone else). Toby and Michael immediately fire Roy and Jim tries to thank Dwight for protecting him, but he refuses to accept it.

Roy does eventually apologize to Jim and takes Pam to get a coffee, but it’s clear that their relationship is over for good.

Angela, on the other hand, is all about listening to people talk about Dwight’s heroics. She cannot get enough of her secret boyfriend saving the day. They eventually make out thinking they are alone, but Jim sees them.

This episode also brings back Andy from his 10 weeks of anger management, but his return is not without its drama as Dwight pepper sprays him too.

Beyond the Pam and Jim drama, Daryl asks Michael for a 10 percent raise and Michael realizes that if he gives it to him, Daryl will be making more than him. When he finds this out, Daryl mercilessly makes fun of him but also tells him to ask corporate for a raise.

This episode is one of the best because it has all the antics the show is known so well for and really allows the characters to shine.
