The iCarly gang is officially staging a comeback!

Nearly a decade after the beloved Nickelodeon comedy signed off the air in 2012, a revival of the Emmy-nominated series has been announced with several members of the original cast on board to reprise their iconic roles. As first reported by TVLine, stars Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, and Nathan Kress have all signed on to return for the upcoming revival which has not yet received a premiere date.

While Netflix has become home to several revivals as well as home to many beloved Nickelodeon classics, the unfortunate news is that the forthcoming revival is not expected to stream on Netflix. Rather, the project is being developed by Paramount+ (currently CBS All Access).

Because the show will be streaming on Paramount+, it’s unlikely the revival will ever become available on Netflix — which isn’t unusual as most streaming platform originals do not stream outside of the service behind the show.

Is iCarly on Netflix?

Okay, so we know the iCarly revival won’t be heading to Netflix but what about the original series?

Unfortunately, iCarly is one of the few Nickelodeon series which is not available to stream on Netflix with no seasons of the comedy streaming on Netflix. Although the series is not available to watch on Netflix, fans can enjoy the show’s spin-off Sam & Cat which starred Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande.

Where to watch iCarly

Although you won’t find iCarly on Netflix, the show is available to stream on CBS All Access which will soon become home to the revival project (and become known as Paramount+). Those not looking to subscribe to another service can also purchase past seasons via Amazon Video.
